I just wanted to Thank you again for the directions and the lobsters. My parents said they tasted better than the lobsters the caterers brought.
Unfortunately, I am allergic to shellfish so I was not able to taste the lobster but my parents eat seafood all the time and enjoyed it!!!!!

OH MY GOD! That was the best lobster we have ever had! As I raced around Friday packing bags and getting ready for another camping weekend. I grabbed the butter, my package, and headed out the door. By 7pm Friday, we were in heaven. Every bite was sure delight. We picked, cracked and sucked until our bellies were stuffed.
We will be sure to pass your business cards to every lobster lover we know. We are already making plans to purchase some for Michael's Dad’s birthday. I bet he does not get lobster like this in Florida!
The package that you sent is out of this world. We had fun going through our bag of goodies and wearing our bibs. We were the envy of the campground.

Thanks for the special touch of the gift box. I found out about you guys last year when my husband and I were delivering a yacht from New York to Ft Lauderdale Florida. Your business card was on the counter at South Jersey Marina and I picked it up. We always make a special stop at South Jersey Marina because it is right next to the Lobster House in Cape May, New Jersey, one of my favorite spots to eat. We love seafood and I am originally from South Jersey so it is an extra special treat for me as my family has always gone there over the years. My Mom loves lobster so I am glad I picked up your card. What a great idea and service you provide.
We all enjoy Maine Lobsters - another favorite vacation spot when I was growing up - we always stopped to get fresh lobsters to take home with us and ate them almost every night while on vacation. We used to rent a cabin in Camden area on a lake along with a few other spots on the coast which I cannot remember the names at the moment. What a beautiful area!

Hi Mike,
The lobsters were superb and thank you for your effort to get them to us. I thought you might like to know that they were perky on Monday at 6:30 PM when I put them in the pot to steam them. Remember that they arrived with the gel pack still frozen at noon on Sat. I panicked when I realized there was no way they would go in our refrigerator as we were having 12 for a different dinner.
A friend was away skiing and said they would call when they got back at 11PM so we could put the lobsters in their refrigerator after almost 12 hours in our warm garage. I watered newspaper strips to take the place of the gel pack and in their frig they went. I checked them Sun around 3 and they were alive and responding OK.Truthfully, I was never sure if the lid should be on or not, but I left it on the whole time.
On Monday at 6 they arrived from friends' frig and were cooked absolutely perfectly...of course! Even the non lobster folk liked them. I did not try the beer (in the water?), but I will someday. A Happy Birthday was had by my son and his friends.

I know it’s been a while, but I was “VERY” pleased with my order, lobsters were alive and kickin’. I wish I could order more often, but with times as they are, it’s hard to do, hope you understand. I hope to order again in about 2-3 weeks.
I let my friends know about LobsterSelect.com and they think I’m nuts. That’s typical “CALIFORNIA” - they think pacific lobster is better, but I’ve tried both, and no comparison! Pacific Lobster, $50 just for the tail!, and no taste – yeah right!
There’s an Old saying, from back East “You never miss what you never had”, and “Cali’s” don’t get it.

Thank you for your follow up. The lobsters were received alive and feisty with much pleasure and some nervousness by my mother. She will enjoy them this evening with my aunt. The stainless utensils and lobster bibs were inadvertently omitted from the shipment, but the sea salt and preparation instructions were in the packaging.
